About Dr. Sai Prasanna Mannem
Dr. Mannem provides a comprehensive, holistic approach to complicated medical problems using a combination of conventional and functional medicine. Her treatment philosophy indexes on identifying the root cause of disease/symptoms and treating the whole person. She believes in establishing long-term relationships with her patients that spans across all stages of their lives. She was educated at Sri Venkateswara Medical College in India, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency training at East Tennessee State University. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and a member of both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Medical Association.

She is falsely advertising services on Zocdoc that she actually does not perform. Not only that but the other provider violated HIPPA by forcing me to have a private patient conversation in the lobby. 0/10

I booked a video appointment, I was waiting for nearly 45 minutes then called front desk, after a while doctor joined. I was asked to join through laptop then once I tried joining through laptop no one let me in having to wait in lobby for 30 more minutes, still no one showed up. Worst experience!

i waited for over an hour for her to appear in our virtual room. we then spoke for two minutes and she said she would call me back in a few minutes because she was having computer issues. hours later, no word. i had to follow up repeatedly to finally get a call back 6 hours after my initial appointment time. she was able to call in the prescription i needed, but if/when i need a follow up, i will be finding another physician.

Absolutely the best doctor I’ve had, hands down! Dr. Mannem listens to my concerns and addresses them, one by one. When something isn’t right, she makes sure to figure out the problem - even if it takes a few tests and a lot of effort. She has figured out my issues before some of my specialist doctors and I hold her opinions in high regards. She’s the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve been to and I highly recommend her.
