What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free space where your concerns are taken seriously. I believe in collaboration — we make decisions together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I take time to understand your history, your goals, and what’s getting in the way, so we can create a plan that truly fits your life. My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and respect for your lived experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, I take time to understand your concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, past treatments, and overall health so I can form an accurate picture of what you’re experiencing. From there, we’ll discuss treatment options together, including whether medication may be helpful. Follow-up visits focus on how you’re feeling, how treatment is working, and any adjustments that may support your progress. I explain things clearly, encourage questions, and make sure you feel involved and informed every step of the way.
