There were several doors with the address of 9831 on Greenbelt Road. There isn't any signage indicating which door to use. Called the ZocDoc given phone # for Salamatu (Sarah) office, received voice message that the party you a trying to reach is not available. Hung around the 9831 addresses for 1/2, hour called office # at least 10 times only to receive same voice message. 1 hour and 1/2 later Salamatu (Sarah) contacted me by phone stating she is not in the office. This is a good lesson learned, please, please, please, contact the office and speak to a live person before leaving your home.

I never receive the information to join my video call so when the time came for the appointment I called the number listen and no one answered. After a 20 minutes of nothing, I left a voice mail and waiting another 10 minutes. I tried calling one last time and the doctor did answer and it seemed she was out somewhere and she had no idea I even had an appointment. I asked me if I could possibly seen later today since my appointment was missed on her part and that she would call me back in ten minutes to reschedule. It’s been over an hour and no call back has occurred. I called the number again and just got voicemail twice. I left one final voicemail but this is horrible service. I would not recommend.
