You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your concerns are heard and validated. We will collaborate to identify your goals, track symptoms, and adjust strategies as needed. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who are problems due to anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, problem sleeping, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood fluctuations, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia. We will do an initial evaluation to understand the level of your challenges so we can better provide tools/treatment approach that will help you get back your desired outcome. Depending on client problems with an agreed plan the improvement is noticed within the first month.
