“Dr. Hadley was amazing! This was my first appointment with Dr Hadley but I felt like I’ve known her for years because she was so down to earth, kind, and insightful. I felt so at ease, almost like talking to an old friend. Despite my thinking I just needed med management, Dr Hadley was able to effortlessly reach places in me that I didn’t realize I still need to work out. And she did it in a way that was never uncomfortable. I am so looking forward to speaking with Dr Hadley in 3 weeks to get to know each other better and to definitively plan my treatment. I used to dread appointments with my former non- therapeutic “stiff” psychiatrist. So, I was only expecting a visit every 2-3 months for med management. Now I am looking forward to speaking with Dr Hadley and even getting some real therapy. Just call her! She’s the best! If anything changes I’ll let you know but I anticipate a great therapeutic relationship with her. I am so happy I found her! Have a great day everyone!”

Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

Great experience. Felt super comfortable and at ease.

Waited on-line for 15 minutes until someone from her office called me and told me she needed to cancel. No apology, no alternative time scheduled. Left very bad taste in my mouth.
Verified patientVideo visit
This was a terrible experience as I was told minutes before my appointment that it was cancelled due to my insurance. I viewed this as very unprofessional and frustrating.

Do NOT book an appointment with Talkiatry. They do not actually care for new patients seeking care. They knew before my appointment that they could not provide the type of care I sought. Yet they kept my appointment, had me rehash my past trauma, and at the end told me that they would refer me outside their practice. I felt judged, insulted, and abused by this experience with Dr. Hadley and Talkiatry.

Dr. Hadley was extremely warm, patient and kind. She was an amazing listener and made me feel as though my feelings were valid. She seemed to genuinely care about what I was saying (which is unfortunately rare these days in health care) so that was extremely comforting and allowed me to open up more. I highly recommend Dr. Hadley!

I wanted help with depression, but I felt like she was not listening and that she talked over me. She suggested a rather outdated medication and I later discovered she had stakes in that drug's research.

Dr. Hadley was wonderful, very understanding and easy to talk to. She made sure to listen and really understand my symptoms and set very clear expectations around treatment (very much appreciated!) This was only my first appointment with her but I feel like she genuinely cared about helping me

I felt very comfortable interacting with Dr. Hadley. I felt heard and understood. She’s warm, relatable and she conducted herself in a way that didn’t make me or my challenges feel medicalized or over-simplified. I felt comfortable sharing examples of where and how I was struggling, even when I couldn’t quite find the right words to describe the situations or behaviors. Would be happy to work with her in-person or virtually.

Very professional, astute, and open-minded.
The doctor made me feel comfortable from the moment the visit started. She was able to address my needs and talk about the treatment process. She was very concerned with me understanding everything and if I have any questions I can reach out. I would highly recommend her
