About Salvatore Milazzo
Salvatore Milazzo was born and raised in the Bronx, received his undergraduate degree from Purchase College in Harrison, New York, and then went on to receive his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Pace University. Salvatore completed his clinical training in NYC and the lower Hudson valley prior to graduating. After graduating he went on to practice Emergency Medicine at an NYC emergency room for two years. Salvatore enjoys spending time with his family and sitting down to a nice meal.

I saw Salvatore Milazzo, PA at Advanced Dermatology's location on Grand Concourse in the Bronx for an annual skin check. During the check I showed him this acne I was getting, and he offered to freeze it off. I said I can't afford that, and he said "you won't pay a thing. If you get charged have them come speak to me." He said this with my husband and his MA in the room. Well not only was Sal wrong about me not getting billed, but he tried to weasel his way out by saying his statement only applied to getting billed by the practice but of course couldn't speak for insurance. He never clarified he wasn't speaking for insurance nor did he even ask me about my insurance details. Now I have hundreds of dollars worth of bills for something I didn't ask for to begin with nor would have ever done for that money. I would never trust Sal and would not work with any practice that employs him.
Their office manager, Devin, is incredible though. I would hire or work with her in a second.
