What should a new client know about working with you?

You can count on my practice as a safe, non-judgmental space for open conversations and respect. I base my treatments on the latest research and clinical know-how, bringing together traditional psychiatry and holistic approaches to support healing in various ways. Your well-being is my top priority at my Psychiatry Practice, and I'm fully dedicated to helping you recover your mental health, and find balance, strength, and happiness in your life. Together, we can unlock your full potential and set you on a new journey in life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My intake interview covers topics related to the bio-psycho-social environment of the person to unravel the cause (s) of their symptoms. I am very sensitive in discussing trauma, so as not to re-traumatise the person. Building mutual trust is essential for a therapeutic relationship. I consciously try to keep the sessions on a positive note (yes it is possible !) so that you won't feel overwhelmed during or after the sessions. I will try to answer all your questions to the best of my abilities. I will describe the steps we will be taking and the time required to reach our goals so that we both can see the progress.
