During this visit, we may: -Review mental health history and relevant medical information -Discuss current symptoms and how they impact daily functioning -Establish a diagnosis when appropriate -Collaborate on a treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy, or other supports This visit establishes the psychiatrist–patient relationship and provides the foundation for ongoing care. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $200 late cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file. This practice may not be a good fit if you are seeking: -Emergency or crisis care -Paperwork-only visits -Prescriptions without a full evaluation -Controlled substances (e.g. Adderall, Xanax, etc.).

I had anxiety develop over family issues and I wasn’t sure what next steps to take since it wouldn’t go away after some time. I found Dr. Salmassi and he listened to my case very carefully and he was very kind. I could tell he wasn’t just reading from a generalized script but was helping me and walked me through next steps and what would be best for my situation. I will be seeing him again and would highly recommend to anyone who needs help.
I needed to be seen fairly quick and Dr. Salmassi got back to me within the same day and got me scheduled. I typically go with female doctors as a female myself, but he was super warm and welcoming and I’m really happy I went with him. You could tell he knew what he was doing and was passionate about his field. I usually feel rushed or overlooked when I speak to a doctor, especially regarding mental health but he really took his time and was so genuine. I’m really excited about moving forward with Dr. Salmassi as my psychiatrist and feel a new sense of hope thanks to him.
