About Samantha Azam
We are a 100% telehealth clinic specializing in addiction treatment for opioids and alcoholism. We prescribe medications such as Buprenorphine, Suboxone, and Naltrexone to assist with the initial detox from opioids. Once the initial detox is complete, these medications help decrease cravings and support maintaining sobriety.
After your consultation and initial health screening, you will receive your prescription to start your path to treatment, sent directly to your pharmacy. Our treatment includes using FDA-approved medications like Buprenorphine, Suboxone, and Naltrexone. With proper medication and maintenance, it reduces the likelihood of returning to opioids or alcohol.
I hold a Master's in Nursing from South University and a Bachelor's degree from St. Petersburg College, which support my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
