About:
Hi! My name is Samantha and I am passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food! I work primarily with people who struggle with eating disorders and disordered eating. I have been an RD for about 5 years, and have experience treating eating disorders at inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care. I also love working with individuals who want to learn how to incorporate exercise into their life in a healthy way.
Approach to Care:
I take a whole person approach to care, meaning that I will likely ask about and look at many different aspects of your life in order to figure out how I can provide the best care possible! I believe in working to help you set goals that feel realistic and achievable to you, so that I can walk alongside you and support you in your nutrition journey.
What to expect in your first session:
I like to spend most of the first session just getting to know you and learning what has been going on with your nutrition lately! Then from there, we will collaborate to figure out our game plan and goals of care.
