I would never want to see Sam again. Before she even came into the room, I could hear her and her MA aggressively speaking and I'm not sure what the MA decided to tell her but Sam was already unhappy before entering the room. The moment she came in it was all over her face she did not want to be treating me. She kept cutting me off and then immediately started lecturing me that she can't do something as if I had been demanded her to do something when it was her MA that told me she would be able to give me an injection. Through all of this, there was some random third woman who never once introduced herself and Sam never even wanted to introduce. Everyone else I have talked to in this office has been lovely, but these three I had the unfortune of meeting in the exam room were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will be only contuing my care with Jenna in this office because I clearly can't trust all clinicians here equally.

The doctor would not listen to my symptoms and quickly dismissed me with prescription of antibiotics. She then insisted to see me in 10 days at which point she would decide if my blister could be drained or not. Total disregard of my complaints regarding pain and discomfort.
