“Dr. Jones is amazing! The neuro psych testing itself is extensive and tiring but she was so pleasant it helped to alleviate some of the frustration I had with myself. It is very easy to go through the tests and feel like you are only getting a small percentage of the information correct but she was constantly reassuring me that I could not tell how my scores would be based on current performance because there are multiple things taken into consideration for scoring. This helped me to relax which then in turn helped me to do the test and not stress about it which is necessary for accurate assessment. Dr. Jones was also kind enough to accommodate my busy schedule and see me on a holiday!”

Dr. Samantha Jones is a clinical neuropsychologist skilled in the assessment and diagnosis of neurological conditions, including memory loss, traumatic brain injury, strokes, dementias, and ADHD. She works with adult and geriatric populations (17+). Dr. Jones earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. She completed an internship in neuropsychology at Bancroft NeuroRehab and a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Dr. Jones only completes neuropsychological evaluation. She does NOT provide psychotherapy services. I am NOT a prescribing provider.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION. Please note that the appointment booked is for a brief phone consultation and NOT the actual neuropsychological evaluation. After an appointment is booked, Dr. Jones will contact you directly either by phone or email to confirm the consultation appointment and to learn more about your presenting concerns to determine whether the request is a good fit. Please make sure to respond to the email so that the phone consultation can be confirmed. Following this consultation, Dr. Jones will schedule you for the evaluation.

Dr. Jones is professional, thorough, accommodating and very easy to talk to. I found her after a very disappointing experience with an unorganized provider who lost track of my paperwork & had me waiting on a precert that was not necessary. She is a breath of fresh air.
