Samantha Kane, MS, RD

Dietitian
MI
Through my experience in private practice, I’ve discovered that one of the most transformative aspects of working with a dietitian is having a trusted, compassionate partner to navigate challenges together. I understand this value deeply because I’ve been on the other side of that partnership myself. As a competitive dancer growing up, my body was fueled by an ultra-processed foods diet, and my "cooking" skills didn’t extend beyond pouring a bowl of cereal or heating up Pop-Tarts. By my 20s, my body began to rebel against this lifestyle. I developed severe irritable bowel syndrome and a rare autoimmune skin condition. After years of navigating a medical system that only offered superficial, band-aid solutions, I finally found a root-cause-focused dietitian who helped me take control of my health and transform my life. That experience inspired my mission to become the trusted partner I once needed. I hold a Master’s degree from Rush University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. Now, I dedicate my career to empowering clients who have been dismissed by the healthcare system and left without real solutions. I show them how meaningful diet and lifestyle changes can redefine their health and their future.
