Samantha “Sammy” Pushchak is a board-certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Colorado. She earned her Master’s in Health Sciences and Physician Assistant Certificate from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Sammy is passionate about ensuring her patients have a voice in their health plans and are actively involved in decision-making. She is extremely bubbly and energetic and truly loves her job. My experience was great and the doctor helped me get the medication that I was needing with urgency. I like that they do labs in office, which is much more convenient for me than the previous doctor I was seeing. I have scheduled my next appointment here and look forward to making this my primary care if it continues to be an efficient office.

I thought that the resident assistance and doctor were very dismissive. It was my first time in the office and I felt like they hardly were trying to get to know me. The office was a little dingy and had a smell. I think it was a food smell but it was pretty gross. I also had come in for a physical and they didn’t do a physical - said I needed to come back for a wellness exam… I thought that’s what I was coming in for???

This office is phenomenal, every person I came in contact with was extremely kind and actually cared for my health. Sammy is an angel and I can tell she actually cares for her patients. She doesn’t just try to get you in and out of your appointment, she will schedule more appointments in order to get you all the information you need to be as healthy as possible. I’m 26 and have been terrified of doctors for most of my life due to bad experiences and Sammy + the staff created a space where I was comfortable to the point I’m not scared to come in! Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Sammy and staff for caring so deeply for your patients! ?

The staff was very friendly and the wait was less than 5 minutes to be called back. The visit was quick and easy. Samantha was nice and made the process comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this office for your primary care.

The PA I saw was an alright doctor though because I arrived a few minutes late (under 10) I had to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen each time and was reminded by the PA that "we don't have much time since you were late" so if you are going to be a few minutes late call ahead or go ahead and reschedule. I did get the prescriptions I wanted after 2 visits. The first visit, a physical, I was not very listened to. During the usual questions for my physical she was very inappropriate. She asked if I had ever had an eating disorder and when I responded yes she said "Oh binge eating," and when I said no that's not what I struggled with she kept insisting I had had a binge eating disorder. THIS WAS OUR FIRST MEETING. I found it incredibly rude and know it was due to my weight she made this assumption. The nurses were very nice and skillful, they drew blood on the first poke which is rare for me. If you are overweight or have multiple health issues I would look for someone else.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and pleasant. I already recommended Samantha to my sister! All of my questions were thoroughly answered and next steps for results were very clearly communicated. Highly recommend this office.
