Getting to know Samantha Swartz

Hello, I'm Samantha Swartz, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep passion for maternal mental health. I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University, which laid the foundation for my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. As a mother of three children myself, ranging in ages from 1 to 8, I intimately understand the unique challenges and joys that come with motherhood. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have worked in various settings, including outpatient, crisis intervention, and inpatient hospitalization. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of treating and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, but it is the personal connection I feel with women during pregnancy and motherhood that holds a special place in my heart. I firmly believe that personalized care is essential for women's well-being, particularly when it comes to maternal mental health. Every individual deserves to be seen and heard, and that is precisely what my practice aims to provide. We see you as a person, a mother, and a patient, recognizing the unique challenges and experiences you face. In my practice, I am committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care to support you on your journey to mental wellness. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can openly discuss your concerns, receive personalized treatment, and feel empowered to navigate the ups and downs of your mental health. You are important, and your well-being matters. Together, we can work towards healing, growth, and embracing the joy that motherhood can bring. I look forward to walking alongside you on this transformative journey. Warm regards, Samantha Swartz, PMHNP

I would recommend Samantha to anyone in need of professional help. She was extremely helpful and very caring and understanding. Her approach was logical and sensible. The video visit process was pretty simple. The intake paperwork was provided electronically prior to my appointment and took about 20 minutes for me to complete. It turned out to be a very positive experience and allowed me to get the treatment I needed when I needed it. My insurance covered my visit and my prescription.
