Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Pennsylvania. I earned my PsyD in Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University, along with a master’s degree and an undergraduate degree in clinical/counseling psychology. I have been practicing for over 10 years in a variety of settings, including community mental health, partial hospital, residential treatment, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and private schools. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I take an integrative approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I draw from trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, and solution-focused techniques to best support you. I also enjoy incorporating creative techniques and mindfulness into my therapy.
