Starting mental health care can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or even a little scary—and I want you to know you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. At Heart & Mind Wellness Psychiatry, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely supported, listened to, and never judged. Whether you’re coming in for yourself, your child, or a loved one, I want you to feel comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing. Working together is meant to feel collaborative, not rushed. I take time to understand who you are beyond the symptoms so we can create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your needs. My hope is that every client leaves feeling a little lighter, more understood, and more hopeful than when they came in.
