Phenomenal professional, excellent customer service and bedside manner.
Terrific! He saw me right away, actually listened to me, and did exactly what was needed to get me moving again. I got immediate relief from the pain and drastically improved mobility. I've seen other chiropractors - some good, some not. I definitely recommend Dr. Masri.
I apologize for all the text, but I want to provide context. Part of this is my fault, I don't typically find it easy to speak up when I feel uncomfortable, but I should have and didn’t. I ultimately left without what I came for, having lost money in the process, and without anything to show for it. Bedside manner: I have an anxiety disorder. I know it is not easy to understand for someone without anxiety and I never expect it. However, I don't expect to be told along the lines of this: "a person can just get over it by not allowing themselves to feel afraid. It’s simple, and people these days just use anxiety as an excuse". This conversation really irks me for the following reasons: 1. I was consulting with a medical specialist, that should take my mental care as serious as my physical care. 2. I didn’t ask for an opinion on anxiety. I would accept information based on facts. 3. I was not complaining about anxiety, nor seeking a cure for it, I was providing context for some of my back pain, as well as, an explanation for why I might be uncomfortable with certain treatments. If I'm uncomfortable and hesitant, but you recommend the treatment, simply explain why and I’ll trust you as a medical professional, accepting that this is a needed treatment. 4. Just because you may believe it is true, and you have every right to, doesn't give you permission to dismiss someone's actual feelings. I’ll be the first one to defend myself here: I obviously live my life with anxiety, and seek treatment, part of that is being aware of it. So “I’m sorry” that my acknowledging my anxiety doesn’t align with your personal beliefs. Medical Care: The other issue arose when I came in for a specific treatment. I put it on my intake form and I explained why I was seeking it when I sat down with Dr. Masri. However, I was ignored, and then bulldozed into performing an entirely different treatment plan (one I was not comfortable with, but really should have insisted against, that was my fault). All this happened WITHOUT Dr. Masri providing ANY context as to why this new treatment plan was better, even when I asked. I did not feel heard or taken seriously. I'll reiterate, simply speak to me about the facts and reasoning, without expecting me to blindly accept your treatment (which I did… lol). When I mentioned again my request for this specific treatment, I was told that we’d wait (without providing a reason) and we’d follow his treatment plan for a non-disclosed time frame, requiring me to come into the office many times over a short timeframe. That, to me, sounds like I’m being sold a product I don’t need. I had high hopes, Dr. Masri has great reviews. I wanted to get treatment for my specific back pain, knowing it’d likely be a long process and I’d have to pay a decent amount of money during that process. Instead, I ended up offended, ignored, more skeptical, and solid/swindled into something I did not need, and caused more harm than good.
I came in 45 mins early, he didn't hesitate! Listened to me and gave amazing feedback. He really knew his stuff! Great!
I am a very tall with a large frame and thought that I would be a challenge to work on, especially since I was nervous as it was my first visit with a Chiropractor. I found Dr. Masri to be professional and definitely strong enough for the job as he used tools and did hands on work. After explaining my issues and a brief examination, he was able to articulate my issues and begin working on me immediately. I walked out feeling significantly better and will continue with an 8 week treatment plan. I did not have a significant wait and the receptionist was friendly and professional as well.
This was my first time to a chiropractor, but I will definitely be back. The office was clean, receptionist was super friendly and professional, and I felt at-ease. Best of all, I am feeling better after one visit!
Friendly, efficient and accommodating staff! Highly recommend!
Doctor Marsi was professional and very helpful and is awesome!
Dr. Sam is fantastic! I left the office feeling revitalized and refreshed.
He was great! I am so happy I found a Chiropractor that was so nice, caring, and took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed out like previous offices I have been to. I highly recommend Dr. Masri!!
Excellent Doctor. Very knowledgable and effective.
First time to a Chrio. Really excellent. Samer talks you through what's going on and explains what he's doing. Seems to have solved a problem I've had for a long time!
I can't say enough good things about him! One month ago, I could barely walk and was taking a muscle relaxer and high dose anti-inflammatory. Now, I'm off the meds and back to waffling 7-10 miles a day as a dog walker and waitress. I wake up pain free and today I was able to kayak with no issues. I'm so happy and highly recommend treatment from Sam.
So far so good. He and his assistant seem friendly and competent.
