About Dr. Samir Undavia
Dr. Undavia is a dual board-certified Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon and a fellowship-trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College and completed his residency in General Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He has been selected as an NJ TOP DOC each year since 2017. His practice specifically focuses on the medical and aesthetic aspects of the head and neck, including nasal and sinus disease, revision sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and aging face surgery. Thyroid, parathyroid, parotid, and other neck surgeries are commonly performed within the practice. He has authored and coauthored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented his work nationally. Dr. Undavia has vast surgical experience and has performed thousands of procedures.

Very nice guy, made me feel relaxed and very quick once you get to him. I did walk out the first time a week ago due to not being seen 45 mins after appt and staff not acknowledging me, they weren’t rude they just weren’t present, but I heard good things and decided to give them another shot and they did better. Customer service is a big part of running an office, if they work on that they’ll be perfect!

I had a great experience! I made my appt easily online. Drive over an hour based on their reviews, and I'm glad I did! The Dr's office staff was friendly and understanding. The Dr listened to everything that had been happening and when it started. Together, we are taking the steps to making my issue go away, and if that doesn't work, then a plan for the future.

I thought that Dr. Undavia was very likeable, knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. My only issue was it took over a month for me to get results of my sleep study and I had to call them. I'm not blaming him, but his team definitely needs to tighten up. Not to mention getting a call back takes days.

Dr. Undavia has a great bedside manner and is incredibly knowledable. 100% recommended to ENT patients. I had an open neck biopsy performed by him 4 years ago and saw him again today for a different problem. I say this because I have close to no scar on my neck because he is also a terrific plastic surgeon. Highly recommended.

I liked Dr. Undavia, he was able to quickly diagnose my problem, and prescribe the appropriate meds. He even spent time explaining potential Side effects of the medication. He took his time with me. To his credit, he didn't rush me and didn't appear rushed even though he was clearly running behind.

Dr. Undavia was very apologetic when he entered my examination room because they were unusually backed up that day. I appreciated him addressing this issue. I thought that he was a terrific Doctor. He was very thorough and listened. Even though they were running so behind schedule I never felt rushed. He carefully went over treatment options and welcomed any questions or concerns that I had. I would highly recommend him and feel very lucky to have found him.

He is one of the best ENTs I've seen. My whole family uses him now including my mom, sisters, nephew and brother in law. He's really very detailed with each of us. For instance, many other doctors ignored my sisters complaints about swollen throat nodes, but he actually showed concern and sent her for further testing. He is super friendly too.
