Very happy with my visit with Dr. Becker. He took the time to perform a thorough exam, listened to my concerns, and provided both short term and long term treatment recommendations. The staff was very personable and the office is very well run.

Long wait! It was partially my fault for not allowing sufficient time to fill out new patient paperwork. Even so, I didn't even see a nurse until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Dr Becker was clear and concise when we eventually met.

Well the visit with Dr. Becker was satisfactory. I was looking for diagnostic information but really didn't get it. He made mention that my septum was pushed to the right but didn't explain what that means medically. It sounds pretty scary! The nurse practitioner was good but I didn't really need her to speak for me. I could have provided my own summary of symptoms and problems when the dr. came in. However I have started using the meds prescribed and I feel better. Removal of the wax from my ear has helped tremendously as well. Overall the visit was satisfactory and I will return for the hearing test. I hope I am provided more definitive information about why I am experiencing so much congestion in the nasal area.

I went in for an ear wax removal- got an appointment on the same day, and wait time was about 45 min total. Dr. Becker was straightforward and professional, fixed my problem and recommended that I get my ear checked bya specialist upon my return back to CA (I was visiting my parents).

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this was not what I was expecting. This man was a robot. I waited 45 minutes. He came into the room, flipped through my paperwork, didn't introduce himself or ask anything about me. Tooka look in my nose, said its swollen and crooked and sprayed affrin. Suggested either drugs or surgery to fix the problem. When asked if the drugs would help long term he said they would help as long as I took them. Huh? Like what is the point? Are doctors even interested in solving a problem or just maintaining it? I went with the drugs but cancelled both my prescription and future appointment. I honestly think he just had way too many people to see considering he was running from room to room. Best of luck!

Spent no more than 5 minutes in the waiting room (filled out the paperwork online). A friendly and professional doctor, made me feel welcome from the start and took the time to listen to all of my questions. He explained myoptions clearly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Along with a pleasant and caring office staff, made this a great experience all around.

Dr. Becker was helpful: he pulled stitches that weren't his responsibility, and he personally intervened for a quick and cost-free appointment with a plastic surgeon. He looked into my sinuses . . . .and saw nothing odd. The one drawback wasthe intolerable wait of one hour and 25 minutes for an appointment that I rushed to make; and the fact that he made no mention of this unusual inconvenience. I'd also like to see him wearing a white coat.

Except for the wait time, it was a great visit. I think I got there at 1:35 (or so) to fill out all the paper work and didn't get to a room until almost 2:45 where the doc showed up afew minutes later. I don't begrudge the first 25 minutes where I was filling out paperwork :)

My primary care physician recommended I see an ENT within the next 7-10 days. I contacted 2 other ENT practices, and when I provided that information, I was told the doctors were scheduling 6 weeks out! Dr. Becker was able tosee me within a week, and not only assisted me with what I was there for, but also suggested another treatment he felt would be very beneficial to me. He was very helpful and very thorough, taking the time to do several tests to ensure his diagnosis was accurate.
