I did not feel heard or taken seriously during my care with this provider. My input felt dismissed without meaningful discussion, and I did not experience a collaborative approach to care.
Changes to my treatment plan were made rapidly within a short period of time, which felt abrupt and were associated with a worsening of symptoms.
Additionally, a peer-to-peer call that was supposed to be completed on my behalf has not occurred after three weeks due to a lack of follow-through.
Overall, I did not feel that my concerns were validated or that my care was handled with appropriate attentiveness and professionalism.

Dr Viglietta is great!
However, if there was a way to visit him outside of LifeStance I’d do that in a heartbeat. Support is a hit or miss and the patient portal feels like you’re in 1990. They are also a black box with their cancellation policy and you have to fight tooth and nail for any type of grace. I was 20 mins past the 48 hour window and they still tried to charge me over $150.

Today was my initial consultation with Doctor Viglietta. Because it was our first session, I opted to go into the office rather than do a telehealth consult. Dr. Vigalietta Surpassed my expectations. He listened intently to why I was there, what struggles I was currently facing and what my coping mechanisms were. I was very impressed with him and he started me on a new antidepressant to add to what I’ve been taking for the last 5 years and we scheduled a follow up in 2 weeks. He was very compassionate, competent and I am grateful to have him as my new psychiatrist.
