As a full-spectrum family medicine doctor, my approach includes treating each patient as a whole person while focusing on the root cause of ailments. My clinical interests include preventive health care, women's health, and diabetes. I'm currently pursuing my fellowship in integrative medicine and intend on adding value to my patients using these new learnings. I love to practice yoga and recently became a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). I strongly believe in the mind and body connection which can be strengthened through the practice of yoga. I also love to cook, read, and hike in the Bay Area. I completed my education at the University of Toronto and my residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey.
