I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in caring for patients who suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I am a highly experienced practitioner working with both adults and adolescents. I provide care for acute patients, outpatients, and hospital patients.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a gentle approach and learn about patients adequately prior to start any psych medication. I start my patient with minimal possible dose of psych medication based on patient's needs to get optimal results. I am also an expert is talk therapy, mindful exercises and provide my patients psychotherapy session with high satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I create a safe and comfortable setting so patient be in full control of the therapy session. The initial session is approximately one hour long and follow up session between 30 min and 45 minutes. I create individualized plan of care based on their assessment and mental health screening to initiate appropriate psychotropic medication and other therapies.
