I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in mental and medical health care.
I hold a masters degree in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University.

I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach to care. I believe in a supportive and non-judgemental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their healing.
I believe that effective mental health care is holistic and not a one-size-fits-all. My style of practice is integrative; combining evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and patient education, to help patients make informed decisions about their mental health.
I specialize in working with patients with diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and stress-related challenges. My goal is to help each client develop personalized coping strategies, achieve emotional balance, and enhance their overall well-being.
