I hold a masters degree in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. I believe that effective mental health care is holistic and not a one-size-fits-all. My style of practice is integrative; combining evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and patient education, to help patients make informed decisions about their mental health. I specialize in working with patients with diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and stress-related challenges. My goal is to help each client develop personalized coping strategies, achieve emotional balance, and enhance their overall well-being.
