My name is Sandra Charles, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in geriatric and forensic mental health care. I earned my Geriatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Regis College in 2018, where my clinical experiences exposed me to patients with severe mental illness. These experiences inspired me to further my education, leading me to pursue and complete a Post-Master’s Certification in Psychiatry.
For the past two years, I have worked as a Forensic Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals with complex psychiatric and psychosocial needs. This advanced training and clinical experience have significantly broadened the scope of my practice and strengthened my ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients. I am a caring, compassionate, and goal-oriented provider who believes that true well-being begins with peace of mind, which I consider one of the greatest forms of wealth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
