She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University and completed her residency training in otolaryngology at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. I highly recommend Dr. Sandra Ho and her staff. The office was easy to find, the staff were friendly and really helpful, walking out the staff member (not sure her credentials exactly so don't want to call her a nurse or medical assistant) explained that the doctor was writing my script and by the time she returned from escorting me to check out, she would be sending it to my pharmacy and they should be able to fill it right away. I was running late and called the receptionist who was polite and understanding on the phone and also when I was filling out my paperwork. She explained my insurance before my appointment started - any procedures would have a copay but it would be run by me first. Dr. Ho was of course very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions and gave me a great consultation. I'm so glad I found her! Highly recommend
