Dr. Iloka earned her undergraduate degree from Kent State University and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio. She went on to complete a residency program with TriHealth Bethesda Family Practice in Cincinnati. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and raised in Columbus, Ohio.
