Sandra Odiase, PMHNP

Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
CA
I completed my DNP program at the University of San Francisco and am dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With 19 years of clinical experience, I have worked in a variety of settings, including telehealth, inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), primary care, rehabilitation facilities, and skilled nursing homes. As a PMHNP, I provide compassionate, holistic mental health care for individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. My clinical focus is on understanding the whole person, not just treating symptoms. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, workers' compensation issues, identity challenges, or trauma, you do not have to face these difficulties alone. Let's have a conversation to discuss how we can work together toward effective, personalized solutions to ease your pain.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
