This doctor was the most unhelpful and unsympathetic medical professional I have encountered. While I don't know how she is with her other patients, I hope she treats them with more courtesy and respect than she did me. It is unbecoming to behave as she did--I have never felt compelled to actually review a doctor before her, I just hope to spare other patients in the future.

I was hesitant to book with Sandra after seeing a review that called her a demon—she’s not a demon, but she definitely shows zero interest in bringing a comforting tone. I expressed it was my first time ever seeing a psychiatrist and unsure if I should take medication for anxiety. Going through my medical history seemed like a chore to her and there was just no explanation of how these appointments typically work. And then at the end she did prescribe me medication without any checking in. I know she’s not a therapist, but I walked away feeling weird and not understood.

I had a very disappointing experience during this visit. I felt overwhelmed, and the provider was unclear, impatient, and difficult to hear. Instead of offering support, she seemed frustrated and emotionally distant. At one point, she turned off her camera without any explanation, which felt abrupt and unprofessional. I followed by turning off my own camera because the interaction felt disconnected and uncomfortable.
I did not receive the help or understanding I needed. Overall, I left the session feeling worse than when I entered. I would not recommend this provider based on this experience.

When I tell you … she is the rudest person I have ever come across. She is a demon. She is sick in the head. She is the rudest person I ever met. There is a reason she has appointments open …. You have been warned. Expect your energy to be depleted after your visit. She is disgusting.She asked if I self- harmed and to go in detail … she said it didn’t qualify. Sick sick sick. She made me wait twenty minutes for an appointment. I asked her why she did this she lied and said she had trouble logging in. She is sick in the head. Constantly telling me to speak slower … she is a demon. DEMONIC.
She told me “one second” and put me on mute for 20 minutes. I put my phone down to paint while I waited for the demon to finish up so I can get my medicine. She comes back and says SHE MUST SEE MY FACE AT ALL TIMES.
I asked her … do you expect me to sit around and stare at the camera while you put me on hold for 30 minutes?I hung up the phone. I couldn’t do it.Will find someone else later this week
