Snyder, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business from Northern Illinois University in 1983. After working for 10 years as the Community Affairs Director at WTSP-TV, she returned to school and obtained a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in 1999. Following graduation, Ms. Snyder practiced family medicine for two years before specializing in general medical dermatology, focusing on psoriasis, severe acne, hyperhidrosis, and hidradenitis suppurativa. She serves as Treasurer of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is a member of both the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Florida Association of Physician Assistants. In 2011, she was voted South Tampa's Best Dermatology Provider by readers of South Tampa News & Tribune. Her Primary Supervising Physician is Michael Scannon.
