"Sandy’s interest in nutrition started as a child due to seeing her loved ones struggle with nutrition-related illnesses. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of concerns such as eating disorders, healthy eating, plant-based nutrition counseling, and overall disease prevention/wellness. Sandy has an additional passion for the areas of intuitive eating because every person is different as are their health. Sandy believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a holistic advisor-type approach. She enjoys helping every client find confidence in their own food and health habits. Sandy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from UC Berkeley and completed her dietetic internship at UC Berkeley, too. Sandy enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, and painting. "
