I have a consistent track record of helping patients achieve their therapeutic goals ranging from optimizing blood sugars, blood pressure, blood lipids and liver and kidney function tests to name but a few. Other areas of expertise include the gut microbiome, nutrition and cognition, Intermittent fasting (is it a fast or just a fad?..), the South Asian diet and plant-based diets.
