About Dr. Sanjeev Tendolkar
Loganville Family Medicine is a full-service family practice providing comprehensive care to all ages from infants to the elderly. The practice has been at its current location since 1987 and was acquired by Dr. Sanjeev Tendolkar (Dr. T) in 2012.
Dr. Tendolkar is a board certified family physician, and is an active member of the staff at Clearview Hospital and is also affiliated with the Gwinnett Medical Center.
Our practice offers preventive care, wellness management, a range of on-site diagnostic services that include:
Allergy Testing, EKGs, Pulmonary Function testing, Venipuncture, Echocardiograms, Carotid Studies and Ultrasound, Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) Exams. At this location minor Emergency Care is provided including repair of lacerations.
We are delighted to serve rapidly growing communities of Snellville, Grayson, Winder, Athens, Lawrenceville, and Loganville. We take pride in being friendly, fair, honest, and helpful.
We accept walk in patients and most patients can be seen within 24 hours or sooner.
Dr. Tendolkar completed his postgraduate training (MD) in Family Medicine at the Louisiana State University (LSU) in Alexandria, Louisiana in 2009. He is board certified by the American Family Medicine Board. He also completed Master of Public Health (MPH) in epidemiology from Tulane University and has a wealth of experience in public health and in hospital administration. Dr. Tendolkar worked at Buford Medical Clinic for the last three years and now practices closer to home. Dr. Tendolkar and his wife have been married for 10 years and have a 3 year old daughter.
