My practice style provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care and is rooted in a holistic philosophy as I view the patient as a whole person not a diagnosis and look beyond traditional psychiatry to explore how your physical health, lifestyle, environment and emotional well-being interconnect. By combining judicious medication management, nutrition guidance and lifestyle modifications I partner with the patient to create a customized treatment plan that fosters true, long-term healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am committed with empowering the patient with knowledge and provide different treatment options and preventative lifestyle habits so the patient can make decisions about their body and their mind.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During initial consultation the session focused entirely on understanding the patient as a whole person and will discuss specific symptoms, challenges, goals, medical background, psychiatric history and any past experiences with medications and/or therapy, current lifestyle, sleep hygiene, daily stressors, support systems and overall physical health. Over time will schedule routine follow-ups to monitor progress and evaluate how the treatment has been tolerated, adjust, transition and introduce new strategies as needed.
