Apart from having to fill out copious forms (which had previously been done electronically), everything went very well, from the pleasant receptionist to the nurse practitioner who took care of me during the visit. A seborrheic keratosis was removed to be biopsied.

My appointment with the Physician Assistant, Sara Hartenbaum was wonderful! She was courteous, and pleasant, she explained exactly what I should expect with my procedure and completed it with great precision and within a timely manner. I am very appreciative of her bedside manner. and The front desk staff as well as the medical assistant in training that prepped me for my appointment were wonderful as well.

I went in for a routine visit with one spot from a tick bite I wanted to follow up on as well as sun damage on my head. We did a quick full body exam noting a few spots, the remaining redness from the bit was noted as minor scar tissue and not a concern unless it becomes inflamed or itchy, and two spots on my head were frozen off. Visit was fairly fast and I was glad there were fewer spots than last year.
