About Sara Holmberg

Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Sara Holmberg, focuses on providing care that promotes healthy lifestyle choices while managing chronic conditions over the course of a lifetime. There has always been a special place in her heart for geriatric medicine. Sara enjoys being connected to the people of Hudson. “It’s a wonderful place to live and work, and caring for patients at Hudson Physicians provides the opportunity to give back to my community.” She is passionate about working with patients to make changes for the long run.
