I didn't feel heard or listened to. I needed a local doc for med refills and modifications. She decided to change my whole medication routine and it caused me to be suicidal. Luckily, I was placed back on the prescription I had been on before I met her. I met her 2 times and her inability to actively listen and care sent me spiraling. I wouldn't recommend her. In fact, I would warn others to stay away.

Sara Jean Debrossse was absolutely incredible.
After a long string of discouraging doctor visits, I finally had an incredible experience with this psychologist. From the very first appointment, she made it so easy. She took the time to understand the full context of my life, even asking questions outside of the average intake requirements.
What stood out most was her ability to make me feel safe and respected. There was no judgment, no cold professionalism — just kindness, empathy, and an evident commitment to helping me find the care that fits me. She was inclusive, warm, and never dismissive.
For the first time in a long time, I left a doctor’s office feeling hopeful.

In the state of Florida unless you live in the same town as your doctor you can't get any medication that is consider a controlled substance. Somehow this Dr's office didn't know this.
Once I couldn't get my medication refilled I told them to cancel my appointment. Thinking it was considering 1 o'clock didn't show the follow up anymore but somehow they didn't cancel it/or booked it without zocdoc.
They now are saying I need to pay a 100 cancelation fee cause its under 48 hours. Worst place ever. Not only are they rude and talk down to you they can't even do something as simple as canceling on zocdoc and in their own system.
Don't waste your time with Spark Health they are horrible. There are a lot of other great choices listed.

I was comfortable offering responses and even asking questions. Continuing to mull our first meeting after it was over, I had a productive “epiphany”! I found my Doc online, solely by meeting her through her eyes and written word. I have once again found another positive to help take me forward.
