During her time at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, she was also inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society and received the prestigious Allied Health Regent Scholarship twice. At Salience Health, Sara’s clinical background, dedication, and attention to detail provide patients with personalized care that addresses their individual needs. She strives to ensure that each patient feels supported and guided on their journey toward better mental health and stability. Outside of her professional life, Sara enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her personal philosophy is captured in her favorite quote: “You can do anything, but not everything,” a reminder of the importance of balance and focus in both life and work.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After scheduling, please be prepared to receive a separate confirmation text and email from our practice. These will include your intake forms and other appointment information such as the location and directions to our office. All intake paperwork must be completed prior to the appointment to help prepare your provider for your upcoming visit. Failure to complete these forms in advance could result in us needing to reschedule your appointment.
