About Dr. Sara Mills

I am Dr Sara Mills. I am very excited to join the Crossroads family. I am a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. I have had the pleasure of caring for individuals and families in all stages of life for the last 15 years. My focus is on Preventative care, chronic disease management, integrative health and lifestyle medicine. I earned my medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. My residency training in comprehensive Family Medicine was completed at Wellspan- York Hospital in Pennsylvania. I recently completed a Certification in Integrative Health and wellness with the University of Maryland Graduate Program. I plan to be a lifelong student. As a Maryland native, I am excited to build new patient relationships within my community. I have learned that the best way to provide comprehensive healthcare is with listening, compassion and personalized health care plans that we construct together. It is my preference to educate my patients so they can make a knowledgeable decision about their health. I am very enthusiastic about preventative medicine and lifestyle medicine. Your body must last you a lifetime, so it is important to take very good care of it. My personal interests are spending time with my family, being a mother to my 2 boys, reading, Amazon shopping, yoga and exploring wellness.
