About Dr. Sarah Cassel

My goal is to empower individuals to meet their health goals in the way that suits them best. High-quality, collaborative, and compassionate medical care should complement all the incredible efforts my patients make every day to lead their healthiest lives. Over the years, my toolkit for health has expanded to include yoga, mindfulness, health coaching, conscious dance, osteopathic manipulation medicine, clinical hypnosis, and group medical care. How I stay healthy and happy I enjoy hiking, a bit of trail running, music of all sorts, meditation, yoga, and hanging out with my husband and two kids (and hopefully, at some point, a dog!) I love languages and traveling, and have spent time living abroad in Barcelona and practicing as a GP in New Zealand. I took a photo of my insurance. They do not take it but I didn't find out about that until I drove 30 minutes to go to the appointment. When I arrive I was informed my insurance was no longer taken. Waste of time.

I'm usually nervous jumping from doctor to doctor, and I put off finding a main PCP for the longest time. Not only was the atmosphere of the office super tidy and welcoming, but all of the staff was wonderful from the moment I stepped inside. I actually felt heard and could trust a provider instead of being dismissed or fed conflicting information, and I feel like I can finally be on track to my peak health. Even meeting for the first time, Sarah was very well educated and offered great treatment plans to begin with after being ran around by previous providers and multiple different facilities, sometimes in an uncomfortable or inconsistent environment. Also want to give a shout out to the staff member that did my bloodwork-- that was literally the quickest and most painless experience I've had, regardless of my fear of needles! Although the office is a bit of a drive from home, I'd gladly do it over again. I can't thank Sarah and her team enough, 10/10.
