What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help my patients find relief, whether it is falling asleep with ease instead of fighting racing thoughts, completing tasks at work systematically and confidently, being present and interacting with loved ones instead of retreating to devices for comfort, or even cope with a difficult workplace without letting that resentment seep internally.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in taking the time not only to complete comprehensive assessment of symptoms, but also explore the root of the symptoms. I strive to create the most thoughtful plan for each individual, with the patient as an active participant in their own treatment.
