At Integrative Psychiatric Services, my approach combines modern medicine, talk therapy, lifestyle coaching, and complementary treatments. I take the time to thoroughly assess each patient, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and designing a personalized treatment plan to support their journey to mental wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll begin with a thorough evaluation to understand your unique concerns and challenges. Together, we’ll work to identify the root causes of your symptoms and develop a comprehensive treatment plan. I provide detailed assessments to ensure that you receive an accurate diagnosis. This includes screening for frequently missed diagnoses such as adult ADHD, bipolar spectrum disorders, autism spectrum disorders, complex PTSD and personality disorders. If necessary, I offer medication management to help balance brain chemistry, improve mood, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and ADHD. I offer personalized therapy sessions to help you address negative thought patterns, manage stress, and build healthier coping strategies. Through lifestyle coaching, I’ll help you integrate stress management techniques, healthy habits, and self-care practices into your routine to support your overall well-being. In addition to traditional therapies, I offer complementary treatments that support mental and emotional health, including light therapy, and nutritional supplements.
