What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice is informed by evidence-based psychotherapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Overall, I incorporate various treatment modalities to fit you and your needs rather than a one size fits all approach. My goal is to help you identify and build upon your strengths as well as learn skills to aide in reaching your goals and better cope with life's stressors.
