All the staff was super friendly. The nurses make you feel relaxed and taken care of. But the real shout out is for Sarah Heringer, she is amazing!!!! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and not only listened to my concerns but asked her own questions as well as answered any of mine in depth. As a new resident to the state of Texas and Addison, I’m extremely grateful for such a positive experience my first appointment. ”

About Sarah Heringer

Dr. Sarah was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns and questions. We devised a plan to get me to my desired health goals. There is an in house lab who saw me right away and were fast and kind. All great, however…The online forms through Zodoc, the same online paperwork from the office portal, then doing them again in the office, and then stating all the same info in the exam room a fourth time?? Don’t fill out the paperwork online at all. You will have to do it in the office twice already. Other than that, excellent experience.

She spent the entire appointment going on random rants about things. Anytime I tried to talk she would just continue to speak. It got to the point where I tried to interrupt and say “thank you I actually I already do that” but she didn’t even acknowledge me talking just kept going. I’m sure she’s a very nice person and means well but not confident at all in her ability to care for patients and take the time to listen. Would not recommend.

I sought out a new PCP after having a negative experience at my previous provider, and Sarah Heringer was recommended to me. I so appreciate how attentive she was, how she followed up on every one of my notes, and how she explained to me what the different functions of my prescriptions are and what expectations should be.
Not only was Sarah Heringer great, but I thought both the nurse and check-in staff were very kind as well.
I highly recommend!
