I’m dedicated to truly understanding and supporting individuals in every aspect of their health. I’m passionate about helping people with their mental health and bridging the gap between physical and mental well-being. I strive to treat each patient as an individual, with personalized treatment plans that empower each person on their journey toward optimal health and happiness.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, considering physical and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider plays a crucial role in many aspects of an individual’s physical and mental healthcare. The PCP helps with preventive medicine, screenings, acute issues, chronic disease management, and mental health concerns. The PCP develops care plans, prescribes medications, orders imaging and labs, and coordinates continuity of care through follow-ups, wellness exams, and referrals to specialists when needed. The PCP is also a resource for health-related questions or concerns.
Tell us a little about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active with surfing, yoga, and other sports. I love spending time with friends and family, and I also enjoy being outdoors and traveling.

My experience with Sarah was great! She was friendly and thorough. I felt like we had plenty of time to discuss everything and it did not feel rushed. The facility was very nice with no wait time. I'd recommend her to my friends!
