As a Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in menopause care and obesity medicine, I bring evidence-based expertise to our partnership while recognizing that you know yourself best. I am a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and a Fellow of the Obesity Medicine Association.
To stay healthy and happy, I enjoy any type of movement, particularly hiking, spin classes, yoga, and strength training. I love learning, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
