“Enjoyed my visit here and will be making it my new primary Doctor. The only reason I did 3 stars was the person who checked me in was verifying my insurance and was expecting a response from the insurance but she went to lunch and didn’t tell anyone else about it I sat waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes before I got up and asked why it was 45 minutes after my appointment time and I hadn’t been called back yet. That’s when the person that was solo covering apologized and put me on the list to start on my office visit. I understand mistakes happen so I’m ok with this unusual occurrence.”
