About Dr. Sarah Jones

Dr. Sarah Jones is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist completing her first year of residency at Mississippi Health Center. She received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. Prior to her studies at NUNM, she completed a BA in International Affairs at the University of Colorado. Dr. Jones draws on many powerful healing tools including acupuncture, massage, Chinese and Western herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to address a variety of health concerns and relieve pain. She believes in supporting the body’s natural healing process through this combination of Eastern and Western medicine to bring the body back into balance. In addition to extensive clinical training in integrative primary care at NUNM, Dr. Jones completed specialty clinical rotations focusing on gynecology, IV therapy, pain management and pediatrics. A strong interest in reproductive and sexual health led her to pursue advanced training in fertility, endocrinology, and gender-affirming care. She is passionate about serving patients of all races, ethnicities, sizes, economic circumstances, and genders and strives to create an inclusive, non-judgmental, safe space for all. Dr. Jones believes that ultimately, the most important medicines are nourishing food, nature, connection, and humor. In her free time, you can find her at the farmer’s market reveling in the season’s offerings, hiking with her dogs in the Oregon forests, or at home singing to her cat. Dr. Jones speaks English and Spanish.
