I wish the doctor would’ve done a full checkup to really figure out what’s wrong with me. I came in with a cold and left with a cold no medication given. My lungs, throat or ears even got checked ! I’m not sure if that’s the way a doctor works.
I felt like I was rushed and not listened to by medical assistant nor provider. Had a horrible time trying to get prescriptions and every time I called was sent to a providers voicemail and no one returned my voicemails. I know they are very busy but I would not recommend to a friend.

I haven’t been to a proper doctor’s office in years and I was anxious. The sign in process is through a tablet at the desk. It seemed cool, but it somehow didn’t get all the info I put in, luckily the receptionist caught it and fixed it fast. The wait time was longer than I’m used to (40 minutes). There were people who signed in after me who got to go before me, but honestly I’m not sure if their appointment time was before mine or if there are multiples people with the same time. The staff were all friendly and efficient. I have deep veins and it usually takes forever to get my blood taken, but the nurse knew exactly what to do and I was out in record time. Dr. Karimi was very sweet, attentive, and caring. She listened to my concerns without judgement and genuinely cared about my well-being and how I can get healthier. Definitely will return for my check up.
Was quick to get on video call.

I had an early appointment where the staff was late. And then I had to call them back to see how come my medicine was not sent to the CVS. Last they were supposed to mail my results to my doctor and they never received the lab work, so I had to do it all over again.
Outstanding doctor she had all the time in the world and listen to everything I needed to talk about concerning my care I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family physician

First time at this office, front desk lady, very nice and polite, she waited patiently while I was trying to fix my insurance problem and constantly kept telling me that it was fine and not to worry about it, then I was taken back by the nurse/assistant, she was very cheerful and then I met Dr Karimi, very professional, paid attention to all the details of the family health history, my history and also paid attention to my elevated Blood pressure which previous doctors have ignored for that I am very appreciative of her! Overall and amazing experience. The office was very tidy!
