Sarah was incredibly kind and thorough! She made sure to listen to my concerns and answered all questions I had. She made me feel heard, safe, and respected. I was nervous going into this appointment but now I can’t wait to for the next!
Video visit
Doctor krim is an amazing listener and extremely knowledgeable, as someone who worries about medications and there effects doctor krim went through all my options answered all my questions and we picked a treatment plan together as a team keeping my comfort and welfare in mind.
Verified patientVideo visit
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a psychiatrist. I asked many basic questions about new medications suggested for me and Dr Krim responded “I don’t know” to most of them. She recommended a medication that she forgot she had already prescribed me once, and then recommended a long list of medications without explanation of each one.
Video visit
Sarah was very helpful, she spent longer than expected talking with me about my mental health. She explained all my treatment options to me in a very clear and honest manner.
Verified patientVideo visit
Very understanding of my needs, friendly and affirming of my needs. Dr. Krim is the most professional and high-quality care provider for behavioral medicine that I've had since seeking such treatment, and is very supportive of LGBTQ-specific needs.

Went well! Casual and comprehensive.
Video visit
Doctor Krim was wonderful, listened to my concerns, and gave me options for treatment. She was receptive and transparent about outdated issues in textbook psychological methods and took that into consideration for diagnosis. Gave me a sense of assurance and trust that I am going to be working with someone that has my best interest in mind!

Beyond grateful to Sarah for her thoughtful assessment and for the way she actively listened to what I was struggling with. Sarah was very straightforward about how the appointment would go, and asked questions in a manner that was friendly and fast-paced (which made me feel good, as we were able to cover a lot of material in one session). It's been hard to find LGBTQ-friendly healthcare providers who take my insurance. I chose Sarah based on a review I read which said that she shared her pronouns at the start of the meeting (which she did!), and was so happy and relieved that I felt so comfortable talking to her about mental health concerns that are pertinent to my LGBTQ+ and BILAPOC identity. Her diagnosis wasn't what I was expecting, and it hit the mark in a way that made me feel deeply seen, understood, and relieved. She requested I get bloodwork/testing done before starting medication, which made me feel like she really valued my health/safety. I'm excited to keep working with her moving forward.

Sarah was great, so kind. She was straightforward about how our initial visit would go. The process was thorough, she gave explanations and asked questions every step of the way. She was very honest and open about what she has learned good care to be in a field that can have outdated standards and ideas. She made me feel comfortable talking about sensitive subjects. Overall a wonder experience.

Very pleasant and thorough with her assessment.

Sarah Krim was very understanding. She made sure to make me comfortable with the questions she asked. She listened to what I had to say and was very engaging and personable.
Video visit
Ms Krim was kind and made sure to lay out the steps of our appointment before we began. She stated her pronouns and asked for mine which was very refreshing. Psychiatry intakes can be tough but she made me feel safe and comfortable.
Verified patientVideo visit
Dr. Krim was an excellent communicator: she laid out the evaluation process, prompted additional information when necessary, and redirected if she needed clarification. I felt very comfortable talking to her and felt as though she was actively listening to my experiences. This is what you want in a psychiatrist or any mental health expert -- someone who is compassionate and thorough. My 4-star for the office was because they cancelled my first appt. with a different psychiatrist due to an insurance issue without - I felt -properly communicating it. But the staff was very friendly and understanding when I called and spoke to them, and I was able to reschedule without a hitch when I got the insurance issue fixed.

She is very well spoken and understanding

Her bedside manner was great, she was approachable and made me feel comfortable. The session felt a bit rushed, she did mention she'd be interrupting the session throughout to ask questions. I felt like she had somewhere to be and we didn't dig deep into the issues, but we touched upon each item briefly.
